Are there API calls for managing ELT Org Unit availability?

Does anyone know if there are API calls that can edit the availability of External Learning Tools for particular Org Units?

That is, in the "External Learning Tools" admin tool, are there API calls that can edit the list of org units that have a particular External Learning Tool available to them?

Essentially, I am looking for a way to use the functionality that is provided by the "Add Org Units" button via API call.

    We do have calls that you could update the Org Unit ID's through. This whole page (HERE) is helpful, but the link points directly to the update of sharing. This link is for LTI Advantage tools.

    HERE is the similar information for legacy LTI tools.
