Course not populating for Self Registration
I am an admin in the D2L system. We have a sandbox course configured for Discover for self-enrollments for professors and admins. It is active and marked for Discover. However, going to the Self Registration tab for the course offerings there, it isn't displayed at all. On the Discover page, it is not displayed under New nor All. When I click on View All for the All part of Discover and search for it using that search bar, it does not pull either. However, going to the Settings under the More Actions menu on Discover and searching for it using the Featured Section search does make it appear so I know it's there.
When I impersonate a professor account, it does not appear in Discover under New nor All. It's also not listed on the Self Registration course list. However, while impersonating a professor, it does populate when I click View All and search for it on that list.
I don't understand why it's not populating in all the places it should be. It would be very helpful if it could be listed on our Self Registration Course Offerings list. Is there a lag maybe for when these courses populate properly?

If the course is active and tagged as available in Discover - it should appear in a short period of time (minutes at most from my testing). The Self Registration tool link under Course Admin is for a tool that’s not associated with Discover. Most clients are now encouraged to use Discover instead of the Self Registration tool if they have not previously used Self Registration.
When testing I beleive it's always best to use a 'real' test user account and log into Brightspace independant of the role or user impersonation tools, in doing so you are presented with the authentic user experience that adheres to role permissions and any enrolment rules you may have in place.
However, if the behaviour you are experiencing persists best to raise a case with the D2L Support team to investigate.Hope that helps!
