LTI Asset processor Notices failing to reach my endpoint which is registered via PNS

Hello everyone,

Need immediate solution for the issuew hcih we are facing.

In the LTI Asset processor implementation. We have registered the endpoint to receive the submission notices. But in a class of some 100 students, submission notices are coming fast for few students and for few it is taking soo long, approx 10 hours. What could be the issue and how can we resolve this issue.

We can see the below image for few submissions i received the notices (the JWT token) very soon and for few it is very long delay.

Is it a tool side error or platform side error. I have verified the logs and i didn't see those notices printed anywhere.

    Based on what you’re describing, I think it would be a good idea to have a support analyst take a closer look at things to confirm where the error is happening.
