Issues with Navigation on Mobile Devices and iPads

Some of our users are experiencing difficulties when accessing their course on a mobile phone or iPad. We are using the New Content Experience in Brightspace. A few issues they’ve reported include:

  • Not seeing the Next and Previous arrows, or only seeing them partially
  • Not seeing the ReadSpeaker (screen reader) bar at the top of the page
  • General display issues on mobile devices

Is there a known solution or recommended settings for this?
Also, does using the Pulse App versus the mobile browser on a phone or iPad make a difference in how the course displays and functions?
