Release Condition: Award - Award Not Earned?

Hi there,

I am trying to set up an intelligent agent to email students with a reminder by a certain date if they have not earned a specific award. Release conditions offer no option for this, only an Award Earned option. Is there any plan to make Award Not Earned available as a release condition in upcoming releases? Or is there a work around for this scenario that I might be missing? Currently I'm having to manually select the negative of all criteria used to grant the award which is quite tedious. Having Award Not Earned would massively reduce the manual work to be done here in setting something like this up.

    I think the workaround you're suggesting of setting up the intelligent agent to be initiated based on the base criteria for the awards is the one I would recommend.

    I don't see any reference to planning to introduce a release condition for an award not yet earned in the Product and Services Preview, or in the Product Roadmap- This suggests that at the earliest the feature is not expected to be released prior to February 2026.

    You can submit a Product Idea for this to have the idea reviewed by the Product Team here at D2L for future consideration.
