pages in Brightspace not being ticked off when viewed (Completed)

Hi,

I have a course with a few html pages and a few SCORM packages.

The complete conditions on the page are set to, 'when opened mark as complete' however, once a learner opens the page, and goes to the next one, it doesn't mark it off as complete. The SCORM packages get the tick when they are completed, but no tick for the pages.

Any idea why this might be happening?

    Based on your description, I think it would be a good idea to create a support case with more details, as it appears this issue requires more investigation.

    Thanks for replying. It looks as though I don't have access to the ASC support page to raise this issue. Can you point me in the right direction to get this issue raised as a support case?
