Images cropping in learner view
Hi all, I'm new to brightspace, so please forgive me if I'm asking something obvious!
I have these flip cards where the images look great in my view, but crop awkwardly in learner view. I tried manually resizing, resizing the source images, aligning to centre etc, all to no avail. See the comparison below:

There's an article with the best practices when adding images in Creator +.
A Guide to Using Images in Creator+ — Brightspace
If you are using only one Flip Card, it will have a maximum width of 450 px. With each Flip Card you add to a row, the width will decrease. Keep this in mind when adding images.
Wider landscape images work great for single Flip Cards but may not display as nicely with rows of two or more.
Let me know if this is helpful.

Hi @Ricardo.S.110, thank you for the reply. I have already resized the images in question, please see the snip below. Have you got any other ideas?

Hello Konrad,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. Flip Cards work great with square or portrait orientation (if using more than one) and that images above a certain height preferably 250px, would get cropped. It seems you have already confirmed , Flipcards work as expected with your role but are experiencing the issue as a learner.
Could I please request you to open a case regarding this in the ASC Portal? That will allow us to assign a support agent who can investigate this further and see what's happening there. It would be super helpful if you could share a screen recording and the test learner credentials for further investigation.
Thanks,
Unaib

Hi there, I'm unable to raise a ticket (see screenshot below). Happy top jump on a Teams call and share screen if that helps

@Subul.I.322 Thanks for getting back to me. My admin is on annual leave for the next couple of weeks, is there anything we can do to look into this issue before they are back? This is one of the last things I need to fix for the project to be completed and would hate for the whole thing to be delayed by something so minor
