Comprehensive Survey Reports

Can I have access to a comprehensive report of all the surveys as an admin? I can see the report of each course, but I need aggregate data. Percentages of responses to each question would help me a lot. PS. I tried Data Hub and it didn't give me what I wanted. Thanks

    Also, if there's any way I can see such report through Insights Portal, could you please guide me? Because I'm not able to find it there. All I have in Insights Portal are Adoption, Engagement, Learner Engagement, and assessment Quality. None of them walked me through Survey Reports.

    Hi @Mehrnaz.A.5730,

    Regarding your request for an aggregate survey report, currently, the system allows you to view detailed responses within individual course survey reports and statistics. To obtain aggregated data, you can utilize Data Hub. Specifically, the "Survey Results" dataset can be downloaded for the organization (i.e. 6606), which will provide the data necessary to calculate the percentage responses for each question across all surveys.

    Hi Vivek,

    Thanks so much for your response. I tried Survey Results under Data Hub, but unfortunately the report it gave me wasn't the one that I was looking for. There were no percentage for Likert scale surveys. Could you please help me with this?

    Hi Mehrnaz,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Brighspace Community!

    Within Data Hub, you can find Survey Brightspace Data Sets as well as Survey Results Advanced Data Set.

    However, both of these options pull the data - the % would still need to be calculated.
