I can't access PIE from Brightspace community page

When I tried to access PIE from under Resources, I was redirected to another page that says "Unavailable Quicklink". I'm already logged in and can access other links under Resources.

    Could I trouble you to follow these two steps to access PIE:

    1. Please follow the steps outlined in this article to re-initiate the verification that will connect you to PIE on your next login to the Brightspace Community  https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5459-community-faqs#how-can-i-access-the-product-idea-exchange-pie

    2. PIE can't be accessed directly. You must login to the D2L Brightspace Community first.
    To access PIE:- Login to the Brightspace Community- Select 'Product Idea Exchange from the navbar or from the quick link menu found on the Community Homepage - Once inside PIE, you can search for the PIE item you are looking for, or create a new item.

    Thank you for your reply! However I tried to log out and verified my account and logged back in, still can't access PIE.

    Hi I tried again this morning, my username does appear as FirstName.LastInitial+ a 3-digit number, but I still cannot access PIE.

    I also cannot access PIE. Your instructions do not help. I still get messages from the PIE when people reply to ideas I am subscribed to. This does not instill confidence in D2L as legitimate software.

    I also cannot access the PIE anymore. I've tried everything outlined above.

    It looks like your Community Account is missing the piece of information that tells us which Brightspace Organization you're connected to.

    Can I trouble you to update your account using these steps?

    You'll need to select Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education from the list of Organizations.
    Once that change is made you'll be able to connect to PIE and other client-only resources in the Learning Center

    selecting the organization from the provided list at registration or by editing a profile

    @Don.M.5924 I took a look and could see your account had been duplicated in the learning center- one account had not been used since 2015, so I've made this record inactive. This change will allow you to access PIE when you next login to Community.

    @Neil.R.976, like Shan you will also need to make a small edit to your Community Profile to select your Organization from the provided list. Once the change has been made you will be able to access PIE on your next login to Community.

    Selecting the organization name from the registration or Community Profile
