Intelligent Agent - setup support
Hello,
When I set up intelligent agent (IA) on my org area and set it under 'Action' to send an email.
It sends the email multiple times based on the number of occurrences discovered by the condition created.
For example, condition set, is to find out those who have not completed their application form and send them an email to complete their form. If the IA finds 7 people, it will send each person the email seven times, etc
Please can you help. It is a very vital tool but this problem is preventing us from using it to its full potential. I have had to reframe from adding email addresses on the IA, but send them outside the IA once I get the number of names provided by the IA.

Hi! When setting Repetition for an IA, you have two choices. It sounds like you have set your IAs to "Take action every time the agent is evaluated and the agent's criteria are satisfied for the user" instead of "Take action only the first time the agent’s criteria are satisfied for a user."
I'd also mention that if you are CCing or BCCing yourself on these IAs, you will receive one for each person that fills the criteria. In other words, if 7 people fill the criteria once and you are CCed on the IA, you will receive one email for each of the 7 people who filled the criteria. Hope that helps!

I will try the first option again. But please I still have the same experience even when I select the first option.
I will run the IA again selecting the first option and see if it fix the problem.
