Notifications
I have an instructor who is no longer receiving notifications, and this stopped during the last Brightspace update.
She only has the following 2 set:
- Discussions: New post in a forum
- And under Customize Notifications: Include my grade value
But she is no longer receiving any. Has anyone else had this issue?

Based on the information provided, could you check if the instructor has subscribed to the discussion forum, topic, or thread for which they are not receiving notifications?

Also, have they excluded the course from notifications in the notification settings? Name (top right) > Notifications > Scroll down to 'Exclude some courses' and click on 'Manage my course exclusions'
Additionally, could you check if their role has the required notification permissions enabled?
