Enforcing Timer Setting After Quiz Submission

We like to give our students 10 minutes after they have submitted their quiz to review the incorrect answers only, however when the 10min timer stops- the questions remain available. What do I need to alter in the settings to make sure that the timer is enforced and that the quiz closes out?
