Data Hub - classlist enrollment across multiple courses
Hello
we're looking to generate a report through the Data Hub which provides us with the number of learners across multiple courses. ideally we need the course offering name included in this, not just the ID. Does such a report exist or do we have to run multiple reports to collate?

The results of my investigation indicate that, currently, we do not have a single dataset that provides all the requested information in one report.
To obtain this data, you would need to access the relevant individual datasets available in the Data Hub.

Additionally, if you would like to see more options in the future, I would highly recommend submitting a PIE item, or upvoting one that suits your use case. This will ensure our Development Team is aware of the idea and can consider it for future releases.

Hi Kate - What are you trying to find out with this data? Do you want to know which learners are enrolled in multiple courses? or Do you want to know how many unique learners are enrolled in all courses? Do you know which courses you're looking for? Did you want to know how many learners are accessing the system?
With Brightspace Datasets, you will need to combine sets to get some more of the details that you're looking for in one report, unless there is an Advanced Dataset that meets your needs.

Hello. For example, we run 7 or 8 of the same leadership qualification over the year. I would be looking for a report which gives me those people across all courses for data such as assignment submission progress and completions. so having all current ILM learners in one report rather than having to go into each course separately. not sure if there is such a report? another example might just be the number of learners across all PRINCE2 courses for the year
