We have a program that requires candidates to complete a culminating portfolio. Is there a way to create a program-level portfolio that allows students to add artifacts directly from assignments they completed and submitted in courses taken earlier in their program?
Currently, the culminating portfolio is set up as an organization. Students must go back to their previous courses, download their assessed assignments, and then upload them to the culminating portfolio. Unfortunately, this process does not retain the instructor’s feedback, rubric results, or grades associated with the original assignment.
Ideally, we would like students to be able to select work from courses they completed earlier in the program and add it directly to their culminating portfolio while preserving the associated instructor feedback and assessment information.
