We understand your concern that the Course Outline is not working and you are unable to access it. Could you please follow the troubleshooting steps below and let us know if the issue persists?
Browser & Display Checks
If the issue persists after completing these steps, I recommend creating a support case so we can investigate further. To help us better understand the issue, please include the following information in the support case:
• Course name and course URL. • What happens when you click the Course Outline? For example, do you see a blank page, an error message, a loading spinner, or does nothing happen? • Where are you accessing the Course Outline from (homepage widget, navigation bar, Content area, etc.)? • Are you enrolled in the course as a student, instructor, or administrator? • Screenshots of the issue, if available.
