When inquiring at a few schools about taking a class online without degree path. Was told by one university -Black Hills State University the class was full so enrolled with another university. University of South Dakota. But Black Hill state has me in as their student. I told them did not register for the class through them and to drop me as a student , they did not. Im still showing up as their student not sure what else to do called both institutions and was told the D2L was ok to have other university attached. I do not want to pay until it is billed correctly. What cado now. now.
