Hi D2L community,

Are there suggested best practices to get Lumi Support to provide better feedback?

In my exploration with Lumi Study Support, I've gotten a lot of the following message:

I've created content using Lumi Content, used Lumi Quiz to generate questions from the content created from Lumi Content and ran several quizzes (with the generated questions) with study support but still obtained this message. How can I make it work better?

Hello, have you associated the individual quiz questions to learning outcomes that are associated to content topics, or to content topics?
Lumi Study support directs learners to specific content topics based on having assigned individual quiz questions either directly to content topics or to learning outcomes that are also associated content topics. With out those associations having been made, the Study Support functionality cannot direct learners to anything.
