Regarding the “Session Restriction – Lock each attempt to a single login session” setting:
When this setting is enabled, it appears that instructors are unable to use the “Enter Quiz as User” feature to temporarily impersonate a student and submit a pending attempt.
The workaround we used was to temporarily disable the session restriction setting, enter the quiz as the user and submit the attempt, and then re-enable the setting afterward. While this worked, it doesn’t feel like the most elegant or ideal solution.
Has anyone found a better workaround for this scenario? If not, has this behavior already been submitted as a PIE? I’m considering submitting one, but wanted to check with the community first.
Thanks!
