One of our faculty added his e-mail address as a cc on a message sent via an Intelligent Agent. When the Intelligent Agent triggered, it reported 14 students met the criteria and that the completed action was "Email sent". The course Instructor mentioned that he never received any of the messages even though he added himself as a cc. One student reported not receiving the message either even though the agent reported successful action.
This is the first time where an Instructor has added themselves as a cc on an Intelligent Agent. Most Instructors don't bother to add themselves as a cc so that they aren't flooded with messages Otherwise, we have not had any difficulty with Intelligent Agents in D2L.
Our Help Desk confirmed that there are no configuration issues with the email system that would block email traffic sent from D2L.
Has anyone ever had similar difficulty setting themselves as a cc on an intelligent Agent email and not received the message when the agent triggered.
