I can't re-access a quiz that was open, every time I try re- open it, I keep receiving a message that I must complete all activities first which I have done. I have closed all windows and re-started the computer and message still pops up.

I would highly recommend that you reach out to your helpdesk or dedicated Brightspace support team since they will be able to look directly into the course this is occurring in to understand the problem.
