Is D2L accessible for Faculty in Spain

Hey,

I'm travelling to Spain and was told that I won't be able to access D2L from there.  Since D2L is cloud resource I'm thinking it 'should' be available almost everywhere.  Can you confirm if access, for the Fanshawe College D2L instance, is available when abroad in Spain.  Are there any limitation to consider when travelling?

However, while D2L is accessible in most countries, some regions may have restrictions and censorships that block certain sites or browsers.
