Folder In Analytics Builder

Question

I recently saw this folder in the Shared folders area in Analytics Builder. I received a notification saying that the data sets needed to be reviewed and republished and they would be removed from the folder after 24 hours. I've done this but the data sets are still in the folder. Do I need to remove them after verifying that the update did not affect them, or making any necessary adjustments?

Hi Rachel,

There is no specific step required from your end after republishing the data. Analytics Builder should automatically clear the folder after 24 hours.

If the datasets have already been republished and are still appearing after a few days, this is not expected behavior. In that case, please create a case with us so we can investigate further.

Hi Rachna,

Is there anything other than republishing the data set that I need to do to update them if nothing was affected? That is what I have been doing so I am wondering if I am missing a step.

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

The “Assets to review [D2L Managed]” folder is a system‑generated folder created when Analytics Builder detects datasets impacted by a Brightspace Data Sets version update.

Please note that after assets are updated, Analytics Builder will automatically clear them from the folder after 24 hours, There is no need to manually remove the datasets from this folder.
