Analytics Builder - More than one page PDF export

We are using analytics builder to view previous students attendance. I've noticed that even though there are no filters on restricting to active students only, any students who are deactivated do not appear on the report. I have a similar one for grades and the report will show the grades for deactivated students but not attendance. Is there another data set I can use in Analytics builder or anything special I need to do? Or is it not possible to see the attendance data for a deactivated student?

Hi Rachel,

I have looked into this further and at this time, the export to PDF option in the Analytics Builder does not have a setting to export multiple pages.

Hello Rachel,

Thanks for reaching out! The general principle is that data for inactive users remains available through Data Hub Data Sets but there may be exceptions. Please note that the data set only shows rows for active attendance registers, so I would try to ensure that the attendance register for these inactive students are not deleted.

If these attendance registers still exist and you are sure that these deactivated users had data within the attendance register, I would recommend creating a support case with the following details:

The name of the deactivated user
The URL to the attendance register

Hi Abrar,

Thank you for that information. I also noticed that the PDF export is set for only one page, is it possible to adjust that setting to allow for two pages, or to export both pages of the report in one go?
