What rights allow for a user to view the content of a virtual classrooom in a completed course

I have an instructor who will be taking over a course. She wants to see the virtual classroom recordings from prior terms. I want to give her read only access to the course as a whole, but not sure what rights would give her that for those recording. I am the overall admin for the school.

Hi Traverse,

To provide read-only access to the course, you may need to create a “Read Only” role with permissions limited to viewing tools and content. The role should also have the following permissions enabled:

• Access inactive courses
• Access past courses

Regarding Virtual Classroom recordings using Bongo. In this case, the user may need to have the Bongo Instructor role to access the recordings. I would recommend reaching out to the Bongo support team for further clarification. https://bongolearn.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
