Drop-down box shaking or flickering
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows what might be causing this. *I'm not able to see it myself this time* but at least a couple of instructors have said that when they open the Tools menu, the drop-down box is "shaking."
I remember seeing pages shake or flicker a couple of years ago, but that went away when I reloaded them. This sounds similar, but do you know what is causing it? Is it their computer or connection?
I have searched in the solved issues and discussions but haven't seen quite this issue. Please let me know if more info is needed.
