Release Grades
Has anyone experienced a delay when an instructor released grades?
I have run into the issue twice this semester. I know one instructor was experiencing latency issues, and the other instructor was on her personal laptop (I'm thinking maybe it needed an OS update, a browser update, or maybe they were using Edge.
If anyone has experienced this issue, were you able to troubleshoot it? Thank you in advance for your help!

We’re not currently aware of a widespread issue causing consistent delays when instructors release grades. In most cases where latency has been observed, it has been related to browser performance, network conditions, or large gradebooks being published in bulk.
A few things you may want to check:
• Ensure the instructor is using a supported and up-to-date browser
• Clear browser cache or test in an incognito window
• Try an alternate supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
• Confirm there are no network or VPN latency issues
• If publishing many grades at once, allow a few seconds for UI refresh
