Dynamic registration doesn't create a deployment

Any idea what is wrong with the given request?

I tried logging a ticket at https://www.d2l.com/support/ but the chat bot in the bottom right seems to be broken and says "connection lost" when I try to submit an email or a chat.

Where do I reach out to log a support ticket for the following?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Hello @Grant.K.8803 ,

    Based on what you’re describing, I think it would be a good idea to have a support analyst take a closer look at things. Can you confirm if chat is still not working for your account? Another option is to connect with your school or organization’s Help Desk to create a support request.
