Hello, how can I delete an assignment. I am allowing the student to resubmit and not be graded on what she originally submitted. There used to be a way last year under Eval, now I can't find it.

If you have below permissions: Assignment > Delete Submitted Files: This permission also requires having "see and manage assignment submissions folders" & "View Submitted files"
Then you will see the delete icon under assignment submissions for deleting the submissions. Please refer to the snippet below from my internal testing:
