Hi there,

All new leaners see a pop up with outdated information when they log in. After lots of research, I have had to enable the welcome widget (which we didnt have before) and still cant find the 'content' to update.

Are you able to see on the backend where this content it?

    The welcome widget gets its content from the Content area of the course offering that it's displayed in. So, if this is displaying when people log into the organization homepage, it would be in the content area of org unit 6606. If you don't have a navbar link to the content area at org level (which is usually the case), then you can go in via the Org Unit Editor, and choosing Course Admin, and then go to Content via the Course Admin tools. There will probably be a module in there containing the word Welcome in the title, and that should be the content you're referring to.

    If you do that and there is no content there, the Welcome Widget probably isn't the root cause.
