Word to CSV

Greetings,

I am having trouble converting a Word document that contains a list of multiple choice questions and answers to a CSV file so that I may import to the question library under "Quizzes". I followed a tutorial found online but the resultant csv file did not work.

Please advise…

    Hi! A good thing to do here is to download the template csv file. You can find this by going to the Question Library and beginning the workflow for uploading questions:

    The dialog box that displays when starting to upload a csv of questions to the Brightspace question library. 'Download template CSV' is underlined.

    Then you can compare that against the csv that you have.

    If your organization permits it, you might also be able to use AI to correct it by uploading the correct format, and then the incorrectly-formatted csv, and asking it to correct it accordingly.
