How do I delete old files in my course content?

Thank you for reaching out in the Brightspace Community.
In this case, you can navigate to Course Admin> Manage Files, which will give you access to the files present in your course. You can then delete the ones that need to be removed.
Please note that if the contents were associated with this, the content item will not be viewable as the associated file has been deleted.
Another option is to delete the content topic directly, and when deleting, select the option "Permanently delete both the topic from Content and the associated file or activity from the course." as this will delete the file associated with the content item as well.
