D2L email
Within the past 2 weeks, 2 instructors have said they are experiencing problems with D2L Brightspace email, not seeing messages sent to them within the system. I met with both instructors and tried all of the possible searching and filtering options to view read and unread emails, but we were never able to resolve this issue. We have tried a variety of different browsers including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
Are there any known issues with the Brightspace mail client within the past few weeks, or do you have any additional suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?

Thanks for reaching out! There had been no known issue specific to Brightspace Email tool in the past weeks. If the Filter By setting is already set to "All Messages" and emails are still missing, please connect with your Brightspace or IT team to escalate a support case with D2L, as this may require checking role permissions, email configuration settings, or system-specific issues that need direct support access.
