how do i submit a video from kaltura if the screen wont accept it and says "restricted file extensions"

Thankyou for reaching out to the Brightspace Community. Would you be also to provide further details on where you are trying to submit the video and what is the file extention of the video? Are you trying to submit the file in the assignment or are you trying to add it to contents? What were the steps followed?
