Has anyone successfully integrated Padlet into a Brightspace course so that grades transfer automatically into the Brightspace gradebook?

Currently, automatic grade transfer from Padlet into the Brightspace gradebook could be possible if Padlet offers an API or LTI integration that supports grade passback and if it's configured on the Brightspace side.
At this time, Padlet would be the best point of contact to confirm whether such functionality exists and how it can be set up. If they do support grade integration via LTI or API, your Brightspace administrator may be able to configure it accordingly.

My institution does have the Padlet LTI integration but neither our Brightspace administrator nor Padlet can seem to make the grade passback work. We are not seeing any option to "Sync the gradebook" on the Padlet interface. I was wondering if anyone else out there in Brightspace land had been able to get it to work.

Based on your description, I think it would be a good idea to reachout to Padlet team or create a support case with more details for the changes made as it appears this issue required more investigation.
