Cannot Access Getting Started with Analytics Builder Course

Even though I have verified my email, changed my password, was sent and received a verification code, I cannot access any of the courses.

There was a problem processing your authentication.

Your username/password was invalid or your particular user does not exist on our system.

Thanks for reaching out to us via the Community.

Upon some additional investigation, we found that you had duplicate accounts in the system. We have now resolved the error. You should now be able to access the D2L Academy. We appreciate your patience and enthusiasm to continually access resources in the D2L Academy and commit to the journey of continuous upskilling.
