Can Brightspace make it possible for the attendance feature to feed directly into the gradebook as a discreet category? It would seriously streamline the process of tallying student attendance.

Hello, Brian, how are you? Thank you for reaching out to Brightspace Community today! I am sorry that this is currently not possible in Brightspace. You can manually create a grade item named "Attendance" in your grade book, and manually fill it out with your students' attendance marks. This process, however, cannot be automated. With that being said, you could create a PIE item requesting that functionality. With enough votes from other Clients, this functionality could eventually be brought to Brightspace in a future update.
