IPSIS Administration: Viewing the Audit Log

Hello All,
The following screenshot data started to appear on Thursday morning, July 24th when I was reviewing the daily Audit Log. Notice there are duplicates for each that I have indicated in red. However, nothing is actually being duplicated on Brightspace or in the files coming from our SIS files.
The only thing that occurred the night before on Wednesday, July 23rd is we had our scheduled Continuous Delivery monthly update done on our Brightspace instance. Something in this update perhaps causing this?
Is anyone else seeing this on their Brightspace instance?
Any insight? Should I send this into our our D2L ASC?

Apologies if you have already considered this but, is this maybe because the Audit Log is displaying enrollments in both sections and offerings?
Also, have you reviewed and compared the enrollments sent in the batch vs the user enrollment log tool and the Audit logs?
To best assist you with this issue, may I please kindly suggest to submit a case via the ASC Support so we can review and investigate this further?.

Thanks for your comment. I did review both of your suggestions however we do not use sections. I also reviewed the batch and the log.
This issue seemed to appear the day after we had our Continuous Delivery monthly update (on July 23rd) so I don't know if this was a coincidence or not.
I'm going to email this over to the ASC Support as you suggested.
