    Hi @Lisa.H.4781,

Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community.

To insert a link to a PDF stored in Google Drive into a Brightspace course, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Google Drive.
    2. Right-click on the PDF file and select "Get link".
    3. Under "General access", choose:
      • "Anyone with the link" (if you want all learners to access it without signing in).
      • Or "Your organization" (if restricted access is preferred).
    4. Click "Copy link".
    5. Go to your course in Brightspace.
    6. Navigate to the Content area.
    7. Select the module where you want to add the link.
    8. Click "Upload/Create" → "Create a Link".
    9. In the dialog:
      • Title: Enter a name for the link (e.g., "Download PDF Guide").
      • URL: Paste the Google Drive link.
      • Check "Open as External Resource" if you want it to open in a new tab.
    10. Click "Create

You can also download the PDF and add the file directly to Brightspace.

    Thank you,

    Camila
