Calendar Function

I am teaching three courses, and I set up a calendar for one of those courses. However, the other two courses do not allow me to enter calendar items for them, the drop-down list does not contain their names.

    Hello @William.D.5108,

    It's possible that either

    a) the calendar tool has been disabled in those course offerings that are not appearing in your filter set

    b) the calendar tool has been enabled but the course offering entries have been dismissed from your filter set

    Can you confirm

    1. the calendar tool is enabled within the course offering by visiting Course Admin > Tools, then checking to see if the tool toggle for Calendar is on at the course level
    2. the org unit has not been dismissed from your filter set by adding the course to your filter set from within the calendar tool; you can do this by clicking on the Calendar widget to open the Calendar, expanding the calendar filter list, selecting the + icon, then searching for / adding the missing course.

    note: if you do not have access to Course Admin from the navbar, you may have to work with your administrator to ensure your role has access, and that there is navbar link added to your navbar

    If that does not resolve your issue, I would recommend opening a support case with the D2L Helpdesk, which your organization's approved support contact (ASC) can do from within the Brightspace Community.
