Absence of 'Question Pool' setting

Hello, I am trying to determine if questions in a (previously developed) quiz are in a question pool, but the 'question pool' option does not appear in the question library. Has that process changed? Thank you.

You can create Sections in a Question Library that help to organize your questions, but the option to create a Question Pool is only possible within a Quiz. It has always been this way as far back as I can remember.
