Grade Export to SIS Section Locked

We have recently implemented the Export to SIS feature in our LMS and are coming up with an error that we have not seen before.
When some faculty are following the procedure and exporting their grades, some users have their grade not send over as it states that the section is locked and then gives the section number (see attached screenshot).
We then came back a few hours later and attempted the grade export again and it was successful with no errors.
If anyone could offer some insight as to what may have caused this problem in the first place, why it was fixed hours later, or what we can do to prevent it would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the "
Section.Locked
" error appears to originate from Ellucian ILP— this is based on previous cases we've seen. Because of this, we believe the best course of action would be to reach out directly to the Ellucian Support team for further assistance.If you have any additional questions or need help with anything else, feel free to submit a support ticket with our team.
