Where is Integrity Advocate text coming from? Our institution no longer uses that service.

    From the screenshot, it appears that the issue occurs during a quiz attempt. If you haven’t already done so, I recommend opening a support case and providing details about the error and the quiz. This will allow us to thoroughly investigate the issue and identify its root cause.
