I want to use the "@ mention" function within Forums and Discussions to tag a specific student. How can I do this, I've tried using the @ symbol but i do not get a list showing me the names of students when I do so…

Ensure the user's notification settings are enabled for new posts in subscribed forums, topics, or threads. Also, verify that the discussion topic and forum are not locked or restricted from display or posting. If the issue persists, clearing your browser's cache might resolve temporary glitches. You also mentioned "Forums and Discussions", so make sure you are in a Discussion Topic and not a Discussion Forum. This feature works in Discussion Topics.

Hi @Janet.W.831 - thanks for taking the time to reply…. I've made sure one of the students (Maree) has discussion-related notifications for Instant Notifications enabled, but when I write in a new Topic "@maree" nothing happens, i.e. the mention does not seem to work… What am I doing wrong here..? THANKS
