Using TurnitIn

I have been using Turnitin for a few weeks, but suddenly, my assignments all get 0% for plagiarism. Now, this is great, but I am finding it slightly suspicious. Usually, I have to fix some things. Could there be a bug, or am I not having plagiarism detected?

I think that's likely a question you would need to ask of Turnitin directly.
