font format issue in doc viewer vs download original

Good Day,

does anyone have any info/experience with a docx file showing in the Document Viewer in the Dropbox when grading in one font but when we 'download original' the font is now appearing in Times New Roman as per instructions

    Hi there,
    Thank you for asking this question. This sounds like a Font Compatibility issue. You can also Check the Document Viewer Settings in Brightspace. Ensure that the Document Viewer settings are configured correctly. Sometimes, default settings might override the original font settings.

    You can spin up a support case if this doesn't resolve the issue.
