Single Profile Widget Not Loading

The Single Profile Widgets are not responding or loading in any of my courses. In the past this widget has worked fine, showing the contact info I configured it to, but after I edited it a few weeks ago, the Single Profile Widget only shows a loading circle instead of any information. This loading circle is also on the Learner View.

Solutions I've tried:

Deleting the widget and re-adding it

Selecting to configure the widget(doesn't prompt an editing screen or anything)

    Thank you for reaching Brightspace community!

    We recommend raising a case for support team to investigate the issue, meanwhile there was an known issue with Single profile widget when the background color is changed but it has been resolved by our development team. You should receive this fix in the next update for your environment. Information regarding this defect can be found on our Known Issues List within the Community.

    How do I raise a case to the D2L support team?

    I've checked the Known Issues List and my issue seems similar to that one about changing the color, so there's no current workaround. When is the next update due so that I can see this issue resolved, hopefully?

    Hi @Birdie.H.9409 ,

    If you are an Approved support contact in your organization you can create a support case from the new Brightspace Community using Quick links > ASC Homepage> Manage Cases and then select the tab labelled " Open new case"You can find the steps in this article. Admin team should be able to raise a support case on your behalf if you are not an ACS.

    Your organization Brightspace admin would be able to know when is your next update as per the Wave schedule.
