Outcomes not appearing in Mastery View

Can someone help clarify this article for me? In Best practices for using Grade book Mastery View - Brightspace it states, "Automatic suggestions for the outcomes that are explicitly aligned (directly aligned to the assessment activities or Brightspace Portfolio artifacts) are not currently generated and must be manually selected by the evaluator."

1. I have d2l.Tools.LearningOutcomes.LoaSuggestions turned on.
2. I created a quiz and aligned it to outcomes. The quiz automatically publishes results.
3. Mastery View is set up to show the Highest Attempt.
4. My test user (Lisa Simpson) submitted the quiz.
5. When I view the Mastery View, I don't see her results.
   
   

Each Outcome has a "0 out of 1 activities are assessed" note on it.

Per Viewing Grade book Mastery View - Brightspace, "The white cells indicate outcomes which have aligned assessment activities but for which no evaluations have been completed. As soon as the first evaluations are completed, that cell displays the suggested level of achievement based upon those evaluation results."

But I definitely DO have at least 1 evaluation logged against these outcomes.

So why are my outcomes showing white/not assessed?

@Maureen.B.923 Hi Maureen, are any of the levels automatically selected when you view the grade quiz screen? If it helps, here is our information on assessing LOs and Mastery View.
