LaTeX Code Not Displaying Consistently

I have a quiz that involves a lot of LaTex. When students take the quiz, half of the students will not have the LaTeX render. Instead, they see the LaTeX code (ex. \frac{3}{5} ) It either works for every question, or it fails to render for each question.

This is happening on lab computers where they are running the same hardware, OS, and Browser. In one case, switching from MS Edge to Chrome fixed it, however, most students were using Chrome and it was not displaying properly.

    Based on what you are describing, I think it would be a good idea for a support agent to take a closer look, as the issue seems to be related to LaTeX not rendering in the quizzes tool.
    Your first step is to connect with your school or organization’s Help Desk to create a support request.
