Why did you remove embedding Practice in a Layout?
Until last week (Jan 24, 2025) I was creating content and able to insert a practice element inside layout, but now it gives me an error message saying I can't do it anymore. That means it was something intentional.
Why touch that? Was it a problem at all any point? What about fixing the issues instead of limiting our ability create in it? It is already annoying that editing capabilities are neutered, so much so that you can't even edit text inside of most practices and some other elements.
Please, increase out ability to actually use it instead of limiting it at each step.
Do you have any intentions of returning it at any point?

Hello @Raphael.M.7850, thanks for reaching out! After the Practices tool is turned on, Insert Practice appears in the Authoring Tools menu of the Brightspace Editor. As to your specific question, it seems that inserting practices inside layouts has never been a supported functionality. The error message you’re encountering is the expected behavior of the platform.
UPDATE: I looked into this further and found that it was possible to do this before, but it was later removed due to visual issues.
