When I try to take a quiz on my Chromebook on D2L it pulls up a blank screen and nothing loads
Whenever I try to take a quiz on my Chromebook, it just shows a white screen and nothing loads on it. I was able to take quizzes a while ago and then it stopped suddenly. I have tried fixing it but so far nothing has worked. I am able to take quizzes just fine on every other device I use, but I need to use my Chromebook so I can have audio in proctored exams (none of my other devices can do that). How should I fix this issue?

Is there a setting that you have to make to share audio or video with the proctoring service?
